You may be refused entry if you do not have valid travel documents, such as a passport or travel visa. It is the passengers’ responsibility to verify if a visa and/or vaccinations are required to travel to/through a specific country. Other things to keep in mind:

Passport and Visa Requirements
Make sure that you have a valid passport at the time you make the reservation. It is your responsibility to obtain a visa for your final destination or stopovers/airport transfers. Passengers will be responsible for any costs that may arise if they do not have valid documents.

Passengers must have an approved entry permit (ESTA) and a machine-readable passport for all travel to and via the USA.

All travellers without a visa must apply for eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) for travel to/from Canada.

Some countries require travellers to have a return ticket when travelling. Please check with the relevant embassies and your airline for further information.

Vaccination

You are responsible for ensuring that you have complete vaccinations and all other required formalities for travel to the country you plan to visit. You must pay any costs that may arise and are connected to the above.
