Cancellation protection only applies if travellers present a valid medical certificate completed by a doctor. The certificate must have the doctor's name, contact telephone number and stamp. Follow the instructions on the medical certificate here;
Please note that your cancellation must be made at least 2 hours before the outward journey begins. If you do not cancel at least two hours before departure, you will not receive any refund.
