Want to cancel your flight?

Please contact us by email or telephone before at least 7 days before your departure to cancel your flight. We must comply with the airline’s regulations and cannot make any exceptions. Some airlines allow cancellation for a fee, while others do not allow any cancellation under any circumstances. If you are canceling close to your departure date and outside of our opening hours, you must always contact the airline directly. Please note, your flight has not been canceled until you have received confirmation from us.
